full moon?

is there a full moon 2night as kids fighting, crying, doing my head in more than normal seems to me i have all the kids outside my window they are all fighting as well if one falls it like they have been shot had to go there one littleboy ran over my son on his bike so granted that deserved a cry
dogs are barking all the time they are sending me off my head and every time i open the door the yorkie runs away

or am i just having a bad day
