Hi guys,

Myself and my team at work are planning to do a marathon walk in the lakes for NSPCC. I hope some of you will be able to sponsor me and help us towards our £750 target. Any amount no matter how small would be appreciated.

The walk will be 20miles and it'll be over quite a few hills so it'll be hard. I made up the piggy back comment

Thanks

Paul

Time for a bump!

The walk is this weekend so there's still time for people to donate, so far no sponsors from NMS

Hi guys, unfortunately the walk was postponed due to heavy rain the day before the event, heath and safety, FFS. Its the Lake District who’d have thought I would have rained???

I’ve heard that they’re also going to cancel the Paris-Dakar if there’s too much sand.

Just waiting for the dates of the re-organised event. I actually did a large percentage of the route today with Jackie and the dogs, yes it was wet and muddy but I’ve seen and walked in far far worse…..

So the NSPCC came back with a date next year (June) for the rescheduled walk which I wasn’t very happy with, so I decided to do the walk yesterday with a colleague from work.

It was harder than we expected but managed to do the complete route despite the heat and the fact my colleague didn’t take enough water.

Here’s some pics!
