Can I use Falken FK-452 215/40 R18 Y (89), Reinforced instead of my bridgestone runflats, are they basically the same as runflats.
I want to order them but can't get a definitive answer.

They are not run flats, they just have reinforced sidewalls ..... It would specifically state run flats or rf in the name

As Craig advised, reinforce is just for heavier cars - it'll probably have a load index of 97 or similar.

I ran FK452's for a bit in 215/35 18, good tyre for the price - not the best at any one thing, but a good all-rounder
