Mind you still going strong never thought the minispeed conversion who have lasted this long would have thought the engine would have given up well before now. I see it still have the wheels sliced these from Germany if I remember correctly with the fully adjsutable Leda suspension.

It was Pam Mckeeny from Gala that owned it for a while. I used to work with her at Borders Council. She had several nice minis before that one!

The really sad thing is that at some stage someone stood back from applying the last piece of tat chrome and thought "Yeah, that looks soooo good" :D

Reminds me of those cars you used to see where someone had bought a roll of pinstripe, run a line along each side and them realised they had 3/4 of a roll left.

Cue the £50 Montego with the pinstriped rear lights, headlamps, grill and tailpipe (chromed, of course).......:hand:

No this was Julz' 'Full Phat' motor. Seeing this round dundee was main reason I joined here!

Don't knock it. it may look "aged " now but there were a lot of great bits in / on that car. Tone down the body kit and there's a great car underneath. The interior /seats were custom made and looked terrific.
