Well I need to share this with you guys/gals.

I headed upto Fort William today (Ben Nevis) and what a run I was having. The roads were busy but JCW power on tap I was making short work of everything I came up against......Then I came up behind this.......

So I gave him 30 secs and when he eventually seen me he planted the boot and went for it......Obviously I followed :hmph:

so off we go, but as I get by, the car in front of the two is a Lotus evora..... BUT WAIT, whats that in font of the evora.....an aston Martin DB9 volante ARRRGGHH!!!......but wait what's that a focus WRC rally car.....

Now I am wondering am I dreaming.

Anyway the next thing the cars pull into the glencoe ski resort carpark, so I though ****it I'm following.

So it turns it's an enthusiast club where you pay £170 for a 3hr drive of a supercar.

As well as the above there is a Lamborghini Gallardo, the new ariel Atom and a westfield.

It get better the owner of the club (no doubt Millionaire) was there too and he came over to my mini and said "we are getting a JCW too, probably the coupe though"

I was like "NO WAY"

He loved my car and even although all the guys had arrived in these cars there was a group gathered round MY MINI!!!!!

I was so chuffed.:D :D :D

So I took some pics (sadly camera was on wrong setting so pics are crap :( )

I took a video as the pulled out the car park too.

What's even funnier I seen the cars about 2 hours later and they all flashed and waved as they drove past....GET IN THERE!!!! The best MINI wave EVER in the world of MINI waves:wh::wh::wh::wh:

The pics folks

Very nice! £170 to drive one of them through Glen-Coe I'd actually pay that just so I could say I took a Ferrari on one of my favourite roads.

Who took those pics on the move

Nice cars. I would be happy enough driving a MINI on those roads.

I was tempted to say “ That’s such a great picture of high powered exotica parked up and then your Mini” :hand:

Watch it, I think my mini fitted in quite nicely. The fact that the guy is getting a JCW coupe for his fleet speaks volumes.

Looks a good day. The question is did they have any more fun than you did and you can do it whenever you want.

Nice one Greig. I know someone in work who did this - there's a big, big insurance excess though. I'm talking £3k iirc.

Nice cars but the road looked like the Kingston Bridge in the rush hour! Not much chance to really enjoy the cars and the road.

Your too far from the truth pal.

I never asked about that. As far as the roads being busy, your right they were, but that added to the fun of over taking. I dare say driving those super cars would have been slightly different with an insurance excess of 3k

Yeah a mate of mine is involved he's got the DB9 and had asked about including my MINI to the group. it's all very controlled with the cars so you can't go mental. Craig will know a few involved too :)
