Hello! Thought i would say hello and introduce myself... iv been a member for a while but never really on the forum... toyed with the idea of a MINI a while back but nothing ever came of it :(

I have had numerous classic mini's and numerous diff cars so decided im going to get one good hothatch to run!

Started viewing Hondas and VXR's and almost bought a VXR corsa... when a used 06 cooper s caught my eye! Hyper blue with black roof and mirrors, full leather, chilli pack. Knocked the VXR out of the park as the power delivery from the supercharger is my kind of power - love the noise!

I dont get tit until the wkend though :( cant wait!!!

You'll love the car. Get a big air filter in there and the noise is even better.
Downside is you will use even more petrol just down shifting so you can listen to the supercharger whine. :thumbs up: But it's worth it.

Ur old blue cooper was the first mini I got a proper look at mate! Just took my time to get mine! ;)

What model code is my mini then? R53? 2006 cooper s?

Our hyper blue with the Saltire on the roof?

Your 2006 S (with a supercharger) will be an R53. There were some R56's out in 2006 though. That's the new new MINI (current version) with a turbo charger.
