Misligned bonnet

Okay guys car went in to fix bonnet which had1/2 in gap above wheel arch,bmw body shop fixed this,though now the right side of bonnet is out of line with door panel,is this normal,,passenger side is flush with door panel ....bought May 2011

received letter today from mini uk..

I know on the r53 there is adjustment on the catches on the chassis rails, but not sure on the R56 :idunno:
