bought GT5 for my PS3 and the logitech steering wheel and pedals but I wanted some kind of stand to use it with.

I seen this (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=230611308259&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT#ht_500wt_1156)on ebay and it gave me an idea.


Off to B&Q this morning to buy a few things I never had to build myself race stand


Some wood to start with.

Cut to size

Now to trace the area for the pedals.

Now to build a frame around to stop it moving.

Top on a a coat or 2 of paint.

After a test it needed some extra struts to stop flexing.

I new someone would pick up on that, alas no black ties, will be replacing the white ones with black ones.

Excellent, always a fan of a DIY solution, there truly is nothing quite like just making and building things yourself!

All you need now, to finish it off is on of these - Picked this up in Tesco (direct desk) for £109 at xmas - 2.1 surround sound, fantastic!!
