View Full Version : Time to put the summer wheels back on?

Well I think it's about time to take off the winter wheels and put on the summer ones.

There's always the chance of more cold snaps but I reckon we're past all the heavy snow.

I was running around with 15's during the winter, can't wait to get my 17's back on.
Been missing the extra grip and reduced roll in the corners.

Saying that, I reckon the 15's have saved me from quite a few pot holes, ones that would more than likely have bent my 17's.

I would put them on now and watch for potholes. Only 5months until my winters will be back on

i just changed mine last week and as you said i think my winter wheels saved my GP wheels from get corided over the winter :)

Would be nice to run the "good" ones all year but I've been bitten once.

Had a nice set of OZ superleggeras on a previous car and the salt shafted them, never again. :frown:

I suppose since mine are black it hardly matters anyway :smilewinkgrin:.

Fitted mine back on on Monday:thumbs up: looks sooooooooooooooooooooooooo much better with the 'S' spokes back on:yes nod:
