Calvin's Makeover :)

Well last night was out with a mate and our usual chat is cars. Cars cars cars! :D chit chat chit chat..was talking about my checkmate S..and basically as much as I love him..he's just like most other checkmates..which is the only downfall of having a Special Edition..lack of room to mod it visually! So basically I had a Lightbulb Moment and decided to black out the car! but I'm scared! lol

soooooo..my plans are after holidays in Aug..is too..get an aero kit..lowered..remove checks and bonnet 'U' get the scoop vinyl'd space blue, black out beltline boot handle and headlight rings poss joey mod on headlights space blue also, black tints and black alloys..maybe 16's OZ Ultraleggera or TD 1.2's..all in stages obviously..so this should keep me happy till I get a new car as this will be kinda new-ish! :p

so..basically would like thoughts and idea's at the mo..and if anyone loves me enough to do a wee photoshop for me, I will buy you a Freddo :D

Oh and will be keeping everything to revert back to normal..or poss just sell the bumpers if anyone needs them ;)

Sounds kinda like what i done to mine, Except the Aero kit.

I pretty much blacked out everything, Beltline, headlights, mirrors, tinted windows an black alloys.

Cheers man..I just need to do something diff..and cos of the colour scheme etc its kinda stumped me! but I think the black can work with the blue and silver strangely :confused: lol

Ryan planted the seed..C/C the scoop and boot handle..keeping chrome headlights and space blue joey mod and maybe just black out belt line like so..

I like the debadge look but its alot of work to do it.
There's holes behind the badges (mini badges), That means getting them welded. I was lucky enough to be getting my full car resprayed so got it all done at once.

Yeah that's coming off once I get money to get my scoop done in space blue! can you PM me a price bud if you can get a hold of that colour? won't be for a wee while yet till I'm back in more permanent employment! :(

Its getting there, looks better without the big curved stripe always thought it was too big.

There wasn't one on mine to start with, must have been something you could spec at purchase time.

Yeah I had literally taken it off and took a few snaps! its not even been washed but thats for tomoz when I can spend some time on it! ;)
