Help wanted

My wife's was travelling home from work and hit a pot hole causing the tyre to deflat. I've came out to help her. I've looked at the wheel and it's buckled. Im in the process of getting the car recovered at the moment.

Does anyone out there have a 17" crown alloy wheel and tyre or another 17" wheel and tyre lying about in their garage that I could borrow or buy in the meantime. A claim will be going in against Clackmannanshire council.

I'd be grateful if anyone could help in the meantime.

Graham,

I have my anthracite s spokes that I have just taken off my car, but it has a winter tyre on it so it won't look the best and will have a completely different tread pattern. Your welcome to one (or all 4 if you want) until you get it sorted. They are in my garage in Denny (and the trolley jack is there too) so it would be a quick job. I'll pm you my number and you can let me know.

Yeah, got it Graham,

Best of luck with the claim, although they will prob use the "prior knowledge" thing to hide behind. Hope you get it sorted and there isn't too much damage... ;)
