Turriff Motor Fest 2011

There is going to be a large motor fest at Turriff this year - Sunday 15th May 2011 and I have contacted the organisers to see if they want some Minis on display.

There will be a mechanics area, F1 pitstop which you can try out, full display area, live rock bands playing, classic cars, driver training, motorbike zone as well as the usual kids zone etc.

So anyone interested in coming along? Looks a good show.

I will post back up once we know they want us and how many.

Ok peeps they have said yes they would love to have some Minis on display.

Various cars going including a friend with a Ferrari and another with a Lambo so all sorts of exotica will be there!

They sent me a message asking me to display our Mini's but having looks at the galleries from previous shows, I don't think our 'stock' Mini's will be in keeping! I'd love to go as a visitor, but we have a wedding to attend that weekend :(

I wont be attending now that I am Mini-less.

Also the organisers have decided to charge everyone who displays their car too - sounds too greedy to me!!

If anyone goes let us know what it was like
