Well done FI, keep up the good work. It's not just the weight loss, I'm assuming it will be a lot easier to keep fit with less weight?

your 100% right imo long term weight loss and keeping it off is all about keeping fit, for me it's has been about walking, walking and more walking ... not a day has went past since I started my new life that I have not walked no matter the weather. Today I was running through the deep snow trying to get a bunny out my dog's mouth, then I had to carry the westie as he was struggling with the wet snow a year ago I couldn't have done that. I actually run from my garage to the house every evening after I put my car away previously I would have not been able to make it to the first corner. It's strange I often think OMG can't believe I've just done that.

Well done FI, keep up the good work. It's not just the weight loss, I'm assuming it will be a lot easier to keep fit with less weight?

Well done!!! It's amazing how different you feel after losing so much weight. I too have lost some weight (3.5 stone) and have much more energy. I also have fibromyalgia and losing the weight has helped with the pain greatly.

Anyway, well done on your weight loss, keep up the good work! x
