Since i got my car serviced by my old workplace i have had a problem with loss of coolant. every time i put the heater on inside the water level slowly reduces and i always have to top it up every weekend. it has been an ongoing problem as it had occured at the start of the summer, i am getting a bit worreid now as if the water level gets too low and frosty weather closing in its a bit risky. can anyone help me out??
cheers.

If it only when the heater is on I'd say its a leak in the heater matrix.

The puddle under the car is potentially the air con, but, check the coolant bottle, look at the heat shield under it with the bonnet up

my car started overheating recently, it was losing coolant from the thermostat housing. you can check by looking at where the housing meets the head, replaced the housing, pretty simple jobs and all is well again,
just an idea .....
