Noticed the front brakes are getting a bit low on the wifes car, where can I pick up reasonably priced replacements, preferably OEM?

Bought a set of EBC pads for my cooper. They are very good pads from the same manufacturers of green stuff pads.

For OEM parts any dealer, but, my preferred option are the GTT Spirolslots, great products and last much longer than OEM, in my humble opinion

What he said, i have them and feel alot safer with these than with oem. Spiroslots actually have a 'bite'

Am I imagining it or do you not have a JCW thechief? As I would stick with them over any "cheaper" aftermarket items. Just my opinion having had spiroslots and jcw items. Even if it is a R56 I would stick with the OEM items as they are the same as R53 JCW brakes

Did have an R56 JCW but traded it in after the engine went, now have my 335i and a R53 Cooper S.

Getting the brakes done at JC's under the value servicing thing, £189 is pretty reasonable!
