R53 mini lights staying on?!

It's the little round ones in the front bumper with the blueish tint, have no idea if they are the sidelights or whatever as it's the wifes motor. Whatever they are they are staying on all the time?! I've checked and double checked that the lights are off, fog lights are off etc. Anyone came across this before? Even when the car is turned off and locked they stay on?!

Also, when the engine is turned on they start flickering!

You have LED sidelights, the flicker on power up and discharge for about 5 Mins after ignition has been switched off, there is nothing to worry about as it won't drain battery

As David said it is fairly common, I would allow upto 20mins though
