Hi guys,

My ex boss (Nigel for those who know him) gave me a call today asking if I was willing to do a 26 mile round trip round Dundee for charity with him on the 12th September.

The charity is the British heart foundation and Macmillan cancer support.

I know a lot of charity work goes left, right and centre and can be daunting sometimes with people asking for money, but all I ask for is a couple pound to make some support.

Most people would have had some effect in life and know charities like these are helpful.

You can donate online at http://www.justgiving.com/NigelUrquhart

Thanks for your support :D

My legs are in absolute PAIN lol

Today was great day for a cycle, with slight breeze to keep you cool, bit strong winds pushing you trying to get back.

Left the start line at around 11am and finished just after 1pm I drank 5 bottles of water to myself.

In the short time i had to train for it, I reckon I done well, next year ill prepare for it.

Thanks to all who sponsored me from NMS :D
