Off to meet Fi for the last 2 1/2 weeks down under :D
She's in Perth just now, meeting me in Sydney on Sat, then we're doing Melbourne for a bit, Sydney again for the rest before we both come back..

Not looking forward to the journey out..

7 and a half hours out to Dubai.. 8 hous ther - unfortunately at the airport, as the flight gets in at 00:30. bugger. there goes my plan to explore! lol. THen another 13 and a half hours to Sydney..

I'll prob be lurking about when I can snaffle free WiFi tho :laugh:

My Sister is going for four weeks November/December.
Hong Kong 3 days, Perth, Sydney, Melbourne then back to Dubai 4 days (Atlantis)
Pity your rushing to get there and not take few days on the stopovers.


Have fun, if you have as much fun as she did last year when she headed to the Gold cost instead of Melbourne like this year you’ll have a ball.

Darling harbour in Sydney is a must. Nice place for a drink and some nice food :yes nod:

while in Melbourne, hire a car and drive the great ocean road, it's amazing and some of the little towns are named after british seaside towns :thumbs up:
