removing speaker grills

I'm wanting to remove my standard front speaker grils so i can fit others more to my liking.. i was wondering if anyone knew how these can be removed? I don't want to muck about with tools etc before i know exactly how they are removed..

Also, does anyone know the best place (online) to buy something like this design?
