Ok I am needing to change one of my tyres on the Gp so am just going to change 2 if not all 4 of them but what I want to know can I go for 215 wide over 205 as did this on my 17 on my last s I know what tyres I want

You can have 205/40/17 or 215/45/17 both will work....

If you have 18's then you can use 215/35/18 as I have them on my car at the moment ;)

dont really want to go 35 deapth as the front lip on the bumper scraps enuf of the time its just 215 wide is easyer to get than 205

If you go for the 215/45s be prepared for them to rub on the black plastic inner edge of your rear arch going over big bumps at speed ;) Mine did that on the One until they wore down a bit (arches.. tyres... both! lol)
That might be dependant on the wheel offset tho.. I dunno...

Ewan, my winters are 215/45/17 and I get no rubbing at all including having lowered springs.... ;)

how is it to late i have not changed it i have just put a minfold and air filter in the air filter need doing any way so nowt wrong with my gp !!!!!!

got to 2 brand new 205 40 pireli p zero run flats er if interested - loking for £250 for the pair.

going to none run flats myself. probably yokohama's

what make of tyres is your car running currently. if your pulling run fllats off and cheap enough may be interested :)
