As the title says it seems as though through wear and tear or other things my petrol cap refuses to stay closed. Almost as if the catch mechanism has worn out. Also the metal cover / body work that makes up the cap has come loose and is very close to coming off. Is that meantto be glued to the cap or something? Seems like it twists on and off but nothing is keeping it in place. Any ideas?
