Why not you have to set it manually using the settings available all over the net and once you have done that you find it under the other channel tab.

ITV HD on Sky HD trick works like a wee sweetie, but unfortunately none of the Sky+ functions work like recording, live pause and the TV guide etc etc. It's apprently all to do with a rights argument between ITV and STV as ITV HD is channel 178 on Sky HD "daan saff". :)
