ive seen black coopers which have the chrome look at front like mine is but people have changed to a black mesh grille with chrome top and bottom in place,looks quite good,take it thats the aero grille which is same as jcw grille ??

With the newer mini's ie 06 onwards then there is a cooper S grille (black mesh) and a JCW grille (black mesh), there similar but have a slightly different look.
