Would have been good if it were true but sadly it isnt!

The EWR on modern fast jets dont work quite like that and target very different systems and bands.

Also Sidewinder missles are air to air weapons not air to ground.

The only thing a Tornado will do if challenged via radar will be to release chaff (small strips of metal) to create a cloud to disrupt the radar return hence loosing lock, it will never fire any type of armament.
