As I drove to work this work I saw a car I'd not seen in a long time and it got me thinking about the cars you just don't see on the road anymore that were everywhere for a while.
So, I'll start it off - Chrysler PT Cruiser:

I passed a Metro the other day and was just thinking that you really dont see any Metros any more, and Im not talking Rover 100 here, It was a proper metro that I spotted. It was a D reg 5 door in silver that actually looked half decent.

I seen that very Capri (a 2.8 injection, not that that one) last night! Said to the Mrs how (as discussed in another thread) just how well they have aged in that I still want one, even though I am 23 and were not really around when I was a kid!

I can tell you where they are - in a village called Cricklade there was a house with about 3 "proper" Metros in the drive, and the shape of a few more under canvas.
Some people really do need to chose better cars to get passionate about ;-)
