I'd like to welcome MINI William to the fold as another non paid member of the moderation team of NMS.

Just to reiterate his position is to monitor the site and make changes to threads and help with posting pictures etc etc.

He has not undertaken any other responsibility of organising runs or events unless he so desires.

As you are the junior Mod there are some rules and observations you may find helpful:

1. Craig and I expect our beer glass refreshed regularly and without asking.:beer:
2. Crisps can be eaten in the moderators forum but Lenore asks that you hoover up the crumbs yourself - it seems she's fed up of cleaning up after Craig.:hand:
3. This is a family forum, so sweary words carefully miss-spelt to avoid the bad-word-checker may still need deleted. Not such a problem since Sedgie drifted away.:blush:
4. Most of illegalhunter's jokes WILL require deleting - he know's why.:yes nod:
5. It's clear from KenL's posts he's at least 95 so should be treated with the utmost respect as he is quite clearly your elder.:blush:
6. Craig has a temper. 'Nuff said.:moonie:
7. Don't mention "film piracy" to me without expecting a 17 page thread with me doing my best to convince everyone it's bad.:hand::popcorn:
8. If Lenore asks, just say the moderators forum "smells lovely". In fact it has some weird plug-in air freshener in it - pot-pourri, jasmin and elderflower I think it is. Catches your throat to be honest, but Craig and I have learned not to complain. :shut up:
9. Greig is a huffy shoite:yes nod:. - Oh look I've broken rule 3.:blush:
10. You can call Gismo "boss-man" if you like, but it will just add to his ego and if that is stroked any more his bald tin-top will just reflect that Florida sun even more.:laugh:
