This is pretty cool to play around with. I started with a Cooper at £13,800 or so and ended up with it at £21,500. woops.

Aye you start off with a sensible price and before you know it your looking at something silly. But its great fun to build your dream Mini.

It is good, but for me too much optional extras and more standard. Thats what annoys me with BMW/Mini, I was looking at a new JCW a while back and before you add anything that you could say "I could live without that" you are upto 26-27K, it's alot for a mini even if it is amazing.

My first selection: Hatchback. Second selection: JCW. Third selection....close window...too much lol!

I see that the Clubman now comes with black roof rails as standard - they look weird on anything other than a black roof imho :frown:. I don't know why Mini would make them standard in any case, if you want a 4x4 look you can buy a Countryman.
CORRECTION: They are a no-cost option. Stand down everybody .
