Before you start screeming I just put these on as it is going to get
sprayed next week, so while its away I will clean and wax the original
wheels (and fix a slow puncture. But I quite like the look:wink: so these will be my winter wheels, they are 18" but have a 215/ 35 profile..

As said fair enough for a week but you cannot keep it like that IMO. I think special editions and more so the gp shouldn't be altered in anyway. I actually like these wheels but not on a gp. Maybe you could get replica gp wheels for the winter instead.

TBH i quite like it, but it cant be just any wheel, i think you have picked the correct wheel for the car.

Have to say I've never been a big fan of the GP wheels... BUT ... while these 'temporary' wheels are OK, there's just 'something' not quite right on a GP. They're just not... 'Motorsporty' enough! These wheels are more show than go - what a GP needs is some dark and serious Track Stylee rims to give its best look I reckon.

Those wheels have a nice off-set, they'd probably look REALLY cool in black or dark anthracite too.

Maybe I'll start a war here but I think it should be dropped 40mm all round, the arch gaps are pretty off-road :hand:

you just dont mess with a gp there is only 2000 of them !!!!! no in act do it cos then the peeps that have stanard ones will stick out more and not look like some boy racer trying to look like a gp !!!!!! IMO can under stand winter wheels tho !!!!!

good point if someone had said which wheels to be standard I'd say the other wheels, but there is something very special about the GP.
