Trade in?

My 'S' is in DP for corrosion under warranty.
I have been thinking about getting out of it and trading in.

I have only had it for a year and got it over 4 years.

Do I have any options or am I basically stuck with it for a while?

Really love the 'S' but rust is like a box of pringles, once you pop you canna stop :frown:

if its on car finance through them you can had it back after 2 or if on personal loan you can sell it or trade it and clear the loan - bonus is it don't show on hpi report

BMW finance, basically bank of scotland for the same apr as I was getting quoted from bank of scotland.

Depends what they offer you for the car really ... if you can clear the finance with their offer then thats you out of it. I very much doubt the offer will clear it though, the other option is to hand it back to the finance company half way through the agreement. Not done this myself but heard of it working for other people?

I have done it once before with a peugeot 306, simply handed it back.
I think all will be fine with the 'S'......we shall see
