I'm getting a GRS intercooler, and was wondering if anyone can recommend good snoot boots? I've seen GTT, Ulrick, Alta, but have no idea of the advantages of one over another. I know the GTT ones are oval, but are they noticeably better?

I had heard that the original BMW MINI ones are the best ones, so maybe best just buying a new set to go with your intercooler ;) I may have heard wrong tho... Maybe best asking the question on MT ;)

I have a set of GTT snoot boots available if anyone is interested - they will seal better round the GRS intercooler. I only used them for a few months before selling the car

I had some silicone Ultrik ones from Mini Mania on our car & they made a difference to throttle response. The standard items were VERY soft & flexible, I think they must have aged & were expanding under boost conditions. The Ultriks are also oval & provide a smooth path into the intercooler...unlike the accordion-like standard units
