1 hour to go until we pick up our Mini Cooper!!! Really cannae wait, 3 years old, Astro Black, Pepper Pack, really really cannae wait...hoping there's still room on the highland run.....will post more and pics when we get to pick up 'watson'

Have picked up wee Walter and his Union Jack greycale roof is fab, Peter Vardy have done a fantastic job on the hand over front, sadly though got a knocking sound coming from the rear of the car so back it goes LOL, any ideas as to waht the knocking could be form the rear, only on cobbles really (or pot holes on the passenger side), smooth as otherwise..

knocking could be suspension or anti roll bar... :thumbs up: should be an easy thing for them to find and fix. :yes nod:

Sorted! will pass on thought to Vardy and see how the service deals with it, so far pleased with, just annoyed i didn't notice in the first 3 test drives lol!! Still bloody fab to drive!

Almost guranteed to be a poly bushing on the anti roll bar, that or the top mount of the shock absorber, easy fix for the dealer :thumbs up:

LOL...ooops....er yes it is Watson.....out driving him last night was ace! Cheers for comments will drop the dealer a line tmrw and hopefully will be fixed easy as.....boot catch is also not locking at times....hopefully just these two niggles lol!!

If so, my R56 Cooper, a 56 plate had the rear anti-roll bar bushes replaced to fit an intermittent, quiet knocking that was most evident when reversing out of my driveway. It also occurred sometimes on uneven surfaces, but I could only hear it if going slowly.

Oh, I could not see the pics as I do not have facebook.

Aye it's a 56 plate, handy to know hoping Mark from the garage will phone me tmrw to sort out...fits in actually had no noise at all at high smooth speeds...just round town on rough roads! hahahahaha i see stevie has uploaded ma photos!
