Got my invitation to the MINI Convertible Launch at Dunedin on the 26th.

Anybody else going, or am I special!;)

Sorry Brian, I did print the correct address off, I suppose it must have been transposed by the Head Office Admin staff, All this stuff was not done at the dealership as such, but by our head office marketing department. You got an invite becaise I thought you wouldn't want to miss out.

I've got mine. I'm down for a test drive of a mini convertible at 9am on Saturday 26th! My dealer, Andrew Marshall of Douglas Parks of Hamilton, is just a wee gem! My convertible is supposed to be here around 7 July - its getting awfully close and exciting now - 13 days to go!!

I'm taking my spot to the dealers and will stand on it there to Andrew's applause before I get in to drive the car..mad, completely bonkers, but I'm so into the whole mini thing now, I couldn't not do it!

Well, I got a letter of invitation from David Morrison of Kirkcaldy this week, but no 'Spotlight' , unfortunately I won't be able to attend, so Calum, please feel free to impersonate me and go along for the BBQ, false beard and glasses should do the trick.:D
