Private Plate Transfer

Is it possible to transfer number plates and change registered keepers at the same time? Seems madness changing owners and then sending off the documents again to change plates? :confused:

Yeh think it is possible I have just filled in a V317 form (downloaded from web) to retain my plate and it mentions if any changes are need to the V5C to change them before you send it off.

Yup, I've had car dealers do that on my behalf several times - all the paperwork was submitted together. Bit of a pain if you need to do it yourself though!
