Anyone heading along to this? I've booked a spot. Think there are a few left :thumbs up:

Looking forward to it. Be interesting to see how the car differs from the last track day. Ive now got the Carbotech XP8 pads & the pulley, intercooler etc. Just hope the snow does a runner!

I was supposed to be heading up with a borrowed toy, but its still got gearbox problems. might be up anyway for a nosey, David Sleigh and his brother Tim are out in their race cars Mini/XR2.

what time is it on? might pop up for a wee lookey, not got cash to put the car on the track, but be good to see some nice motors going round. :clap:

the R56 is being built just now, i may even go downsouth and get stuck into it myself......... its getting painfull waiting on it :(

Looks like there were a few Minis out. I ended up working so couldnt head up for a look, but I've seen some pics of the Tynecastle guest car and David Sleigh's SMCC cars out and saw a pic of a road car in the pitlane.

Was the Tynecastle guest car (yellow cooper) being driven by Oly Mortimer?

Sure looked like him and it was being driven very quickly!

Haha. He was rapid round the track! Smoked me. Wish I spoke to him now as I've got basically all his youtube videos as favourites in my account ha! Awesome driver

My mates in their type R's didn't believe me that the car was only a Cooper pushing out approx 130bhp ha!
