Red White Cooper Checked Roof

Yes exactly the same as me coming round the Broxden Roundabout at Perth as I was coming from the Stirling direction. Also got a flash from a yellow cooper with a check roof on Riverside drive yesterday at 5:45?

been heading to Mac Donalds . bonnet stripes checked roof p/ plate ??????????
i think its the only red cooper with chequered roof in perth....
