A light came on in my car, so popped it down to the local garage and it turned out was my lambda sensor, so i got a new one fitted, but a few weeks ago the light came on again, checked it and it was saying it was the first sensor but the sensor and was fine, then it came back on today.

Just wondered if anyone else has had any problems like this

leighj, I would just take it back to the garage that did the job and tell them its obviously not worked and get them to fix it properly this time!!
Not sure if you know what the Lambda sensor is, but if not, it's connected to the exhaust system and if not fixed by the time your car goes in for its next M.O.T then it will most likely fail it.
