Much as it pains me, apparently Todt got involved to save it saying it was essential. Good on him! He'll hopefully get the French GP back too and before you know it we'll have sanity back.

Or maybe not!

Well silverstone will need to get there finger out and pick up their game to compete with these various other awesome circuits nowadays and to be honest I think Silverstone has only survived because of its history and roots in motorsports, but they cant survive on those for ever... :rolleyes:
