removing scuttle vents

Hi all

Does anyone know how you remove the two plastic scuttle vents - the two that run under the windscreen next to the wiper blades?

They pop out with a flat blade screw driver.

better just to open the bonnet then push them up from underneath.
Using a screw driver risks scratching the paint.
