After starting the thread about favourite driving music the thought struck me :blackeye: about what everyones favourite films might be.
Here's my top 5 to start things off :I
1) You've Got Mail
2) Pulp Fiction
3) Toy Story
4) You Cant Stop The Music
5) Its A Wonderful Life
Also a big fan of Carry On Films, but only the ones that were set in the 60/70's :clown:
And please kiddies remember this is a family site (thats you LnL !!) and whats the betting that a certain person picks SHAFT because of all the pimpin' actoin in it :cool:

The Italian Job (Duh - Original obviously!!)
Dogma (and ANYTHING by Kevin Smith! top bloke!)

American Pie, (all three! This one time... at Band Camp...)

Trainspotting (tho the book was miles better)

The Breakfast Club,

Clockwork Orange,
The Usual Suspects,
K-PAX (same as with TS - The book (trilogy)is light years better!!:D)

Drop Dead Fred ;),
Shrek,
Monsters Inc,
Finding Nemo,
Ice Age...
Pretty much anything with Robert Deniro and Al Pacino...
...and I think I'm the only person I know who liked Donnie Darko...hmmm
(and ssshhhh.. I actually liked Sliding Doors too...:p
These are all pretty much required viewing! ;) pay attention kiddies... there will be a test... ;);)

Funny that the two of you both picked the original Italian Job. I first saw it years ago (when I owned a Skoda!). Then I saw the new film when it came out and thought it was pretty good. But after watching the two of them back to back there's no comparison - the original is much better.

Like Chris I'm a fan of WW2 aviation films -
663 squadron (book better), Battle of Britian, Reach for the Sky
Got to have the 3 origonal Star Wars films
Star Trek movies especially 3 and 4
Life of Brian - best comedy ever
Top Gun - superb flying action & thumping sound track
Both Italian jobs but also Goodby pork pie and Bourne identity - great mini action
The Great Escape - what would christmas be without this!
Lord of the Rings trilogy - may faviourite fantasy books and not ruined in the film (how I remember the days of playing Dungeons and Dragons 8);))

Ohhhh and watched 'Swordfish' the other night and it was quite good especially Holly Berry mmmmmmmmm yummy. I don't fancy the gun to my head while on the PC but............well I'll say no more shall I :blackeye: :p:D:approve:
