Colour coding advice please

I'm thinking of colour coding the arches etc as I seem to be fighting a losing battle with white marks on the black trim.:argh: Can anyone please advise what I should expect to pay for this work and what's involved. Any recommendations for a decent bodyshop to do the work around the fife/edinburgh/central-ish areas would be very helpful.
