Hi folks, came across your site by accident. Been browsing for a couple of days before signing up.

You lot seem to have some stunning mini's between you ;)

I passed my test just over a year ago and I'm on my 3rd mini now :)

Started off with a 1996 classic Cooper MPI, he caused me a lot of heartache and money (still have him) Moved swiftly onto a BMW Cooper then bought my Mini One Cab from my cousin last year.

Loooong story! Mechanical problems from day one, one thing after another. It was off the road more often than on it :( Eventually after spending a LOT of money we got it up and running, but it needed some welding to get it through an MOT. My boyfriend decided it would be a nice summer project for him....................... LAST SUMMER !! It's been lying in bits in his garage ever since :(

I, along with a few friends, also have an old classic sitting in a garage. It was stripped down abut 2 years ago but we have never had the time or money to re build it. Bit frustrating. One day if will live again I hope :D

Yeah I hope so too, its lay there for so long now I suspect all the £'s spent on it will be money down the drain. Its in bits and never been started for about 18 months :(

Colin (my boyfriend) has just started work offshore, he's hoping to get stuck into it when he's on his 4 weeks back home rota :)
