Anyone know is a R53 Cooper clutch hydraulic or mechanical operated?

Tis hydlaulic.
I have changed one and its not the worst job.
I dropped the sub frame out complete with power steering rack, pump etc.
4.5 hours total job.

mine went not so long ago, cost me 350 all in, full clutch kit and labour. but thats in nottingham at my mechanics. but 350 shud b a rough price idea, cud b cheaper thou.
