JCW Alcantara Interior Parts

Hi folks,

Just wondered if anyone here has any of the following fitted in your car and whether you thought they are worth going for...

1) Alcantara steering wheel
2) Alcantara gear lever cover (without having the carbon gear lever knob fitted)
3) Alcantara handbrake (without having the carbon grip fitted)...

I'm not too sure if you can opt to have the alcantara parts fitted without the carbon elements, anyone know?

Ive also noted from other posts on other mini sites that if you have a multi function steering wheel and opt for the alcantara steering wheel you have to have silver inserts around the buttons... this correct? If so, im not too bothered since im looking to remove all the carbon parts anyway...

you can get carbon iserts now but as I much as I love carbon I do not like the inserts as the actual button bit stay and they are silver and looks stupid IMHO. well it has on the pictures I've seen it may have changed and you can buy actual buttons in carbon
