I'm looking to buy the chrome replacement mesh for my MO's front apron..a few questions -

1) What is the proper name for this front apron mesh?

2) Where is the best place to buy this chrome replacement? Dealer or somewhere like Cool New/ New Mini Sport?

3) If its possible to order it from the dealer then does anyone know the product code?

On the same topic how do you fit it? Mine is bent after losing and argument with a tree branch! but I cannot see how to get at the back of it without removing the front bumper. funny little clip things seem to hold it on.

I know how to fit without removing the front apron but you have to be prepared to get a few scratches'n'scrapes on your hands... it involves squeezing you hand down inbetween the radiator and apron back (do this when the car has been sitting for a while so no burns etc are recieved). I managed to remove mine in this way yesterday when i was testing that my black grill actually is removable (some of the early MINIs have their's glued on...
