Theres a place in texas called motorsport ranch http://www.motorsportranch.com/ that is a similar idea, it would be a good place to have a holiday home.

And another a bit closer to home in Spain, it was on Fifth gear I think. The corners are mostly based on the most famous corners on various race tracks around the world, looks amazing!
