I will still be up there fixing my MINIs :argh::argh::argh:

Will try to escape for half an hour to watch.

Would be nice to see racing at Knockhill with little contact for a change!!!

I was up to see them a few years ago and they are super mental. The F1 cars were something like 700bhp - not sure if they still are though. They done the hairpin loop in about 10 secs

went along to the stock car racing tonight. It seems that the MINI is not any better for staying on the track at this event either. It was off on the first corner in the first race.

Pretty mad racing for the first couple of laps then there was less contact than what I see with the Mini racing that we go to.

I had no idea who the winner was until they stopped at the end and went on their parade lap on the back of the truck.

I have done stock car racing at knockhill, but back then it was called the mini cooper cup:eek:

I went along to this last night with the wee man, it was his first time at Stock Car Racing and he LOVED it!!! I'll need to take him to Cowdenbeath every weekend now!! :D
Chris Burgoynes (f2's) Wife/Woman works at my work so i was there cheering him on!! He did well!! :thumbs up:
