Hi folks,
Just a quick note to say hello to you all. I've recently purchased a Mini Cooper S Clubman after driving a Ford Mondeo 2.2 diesel for the last 3 years - yes, quite a change! I was a bit concerned about moving to such a small car but it didn't take long to allay my fears once I took ownership and I absolutely love it :D! I still needed some element of practicality as I have two kids and a dog (and a wife before anyone thinks I'm being sexist, or worse :hand:) so the Clubman will fit the bill quite nicely.
I didn't have the best start to ownership though as the back passenger side window got shattered by a mindless moron throwing a rock within 7 hours of me collecting it :argh:. Some damage to the bodywork also resulted and to say that I was gutted is a gigantic understatement. The mindless moron was well gone by the time I returned to my car but the rock was still there, complete with a nice flash of Laser Blue paint on one edge...
Now that the therapy is coming to an end ;), I am able to move on and enjoy the car to the full, i.e. with all its windows!
I'll post a few pics of my car in the relevant section so that you can share in my enjoyment of admiring it at every possible opportunity .
