Denso's Iridium Power

I am needing to invest in some Denso's but i am not sure what heat range would be the best? As you no I have done a few mods now and need to complement them with a decent plugs any idea's ???????

I ran Denso VK22G heat range 7 and I got them from here. (http://www.sparkplugs.co.uk/)

Have also used NGK BKR7EIX.
