Well, it's been a loooong end to our week with little to no sleep through Thursday & Friday, especially Claire's...she endured 37.5 hours of labour before our little lad turned up at 15.32 on Friday weighing in at 7lbs 1oz. He was well worth the wait though & both mother & baby are doing great
Here's Luca's debut on NMS

Good luck with the new addition:thumbs up:. At least you don’t have to go into panic mode and sell the Cooper as you have the Passat TDi for the pram etc………

Thanks everyone...he's home now & he seemed to enjoy his first ride in the Passat but wants to go out for some "sport" in the S :D
Luca seemed to get fed up with his little Dumbo lullabye thingy, so I stuck the grand prix on & he settled down nicely :yes nod::thumbs up:

Ah well, ours is a bit of an issue with access to the rear seats with the JCW Sparco bucket seats.
We bought a Britax seat a while back for when my 23 month old nephew's round and it fits in the rear fine, but it's a little tricky lifting him past the front seats. We bought a Silver Cross Linear Freeway travel system which has a Ventura Plus car seat. We went for this as it's a great buggy/pram/car seat although it's not ISOFIX, as long as they're secured properly it's just as good. Also, we've bought a Silver Cross Halo buggy which we'll just leave in the MINI as it fits in the boot much more easily than the Linear Freeway chassis, with the added benefit that the Ventura Plus car seat also fits this chassis.
No probs with the Passat estate's boot & space for buggies :D
