Number Plate Fittings

Since I'm not anywhere near my sleeping MINI at the moment, could someone with an R50 or R53 pop out and check if the screws attaching the number plates are metal or nylon?

My 03 R50 has metal cross headed self tappers going into plastic plugs in the bumper(front) and boot lid(rear) with white(front) and yellow(back) covers to hide the screws heads :thumbs up:
